Malawi Eye Biter, undoubtedly a fast swimming cichlid. The flattened body structure makes it a fabulous looking, predatory cichlid. According to native fishermen, it was given the name Eye Biter after being observed biting the eyes out of other fish. Plucking the eyes out of another fish, is an action that will probably not be seen in your aquarium as long as they are fed properly.
