Anubias Nana Golden is popular for its noticeable bright yellow green color which contrasts nicely against any dark background or substrate. Co2 is not necessary but makes world of difference when compared to a low-tech environment. The leaves on this plant grow in a sharp heart shape. no noticeable waves are noticed in the leaves of this Anubias.
This particular Anubias seems to do much better in a well lit aquarium instead of a low light. High tech environments showoff this plant the way it should be displayed. If healthy and no nutrient deficiencies are shown, it will be free of Green Spot Algae.
Propagation for this species is done easily by cutting the Rhizome with a new sharp blade or X-Acto knife. The pieces can then be attached to a piece of rock or wood. they seem to attach to wood faster as it is softer and porous.
